Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking Guest Experience Leaders reporting to the Store Manager. Guest Experience Leaders are responsible for greeting customers and ensuring excellent in-store experience.

THE POSITION

Guest Experience Leaders are the customers’ first point of contact and respond to their needs, analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve ratings and service levels. They are responsible for encouraging and guiding customers to use the self-ordering kiosks, address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure customer expectations are exceeded.

The company is part of Premier Capital plc, the Developmental Licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania, operating 147 restaurants thanks to 8,300 people.  More than 119 million customers are served every year across the six markets. Premier Capital is the McDonald’s business within Hili Ventures, a group present in nine countries engaged in multi-sited activities with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, engineering, technology, property and leasing.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills, responsibility, and a willingness to support management in improving customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in customer care and problem resolution will have an advantage.
